LIPP TANKS AND SILOS
 |
The principle of spiral folding
The construction technique of Lipp silo is the
most advanced technology in the world. Its
construction method is unique. While
constructing, send the coil sheet of 495 mm
width into the profiling station, making a confined
encircling spiral protruding strip of 30-40mm
width around the silo body, thus, it plays the role
of increasing the strength of the silo body.
|
Then for two different kinds of material, the Lipp
equipment can do the double folding
construction.

| Construction :
Equipment positioning:
Equipment is positioned according to the
diameter of the silo to be constructed.
Coiling the silo: Coil the silo
body to a height of 2m. |
 |

 |
Installing the silo roof: After cutting the silo eaves with the plasma cutter, install the roof on the horizontal line.
Silo construction and lifting: construct the silo and lift it the required height. Back out the equipment, lower the silo and weld the silo body on the imbedded parts.
Install the walkway and the related equipment.
|
Materials Used:
Normal steel sheet, galvanized steel sheet, nickel plated steel sheet, stainless steel sheet, alloy steel sheet, complex steel sheet, plastic coated steel sheet etc.
Normal steel sheet, galvanized steel sheet, aluminium sheet, alloy steel sheet, chrome sheet, nickel plated steel sheet, stick poly steel sheet etc. can be used to construct double-layered silos.

Waste treatment and Bio Gas Power Generation |
 |
Continuous Stirred Tank Reactors (CSTR)
The fermentation of liquid and generation of bio gas are made in an air tight tank. A
stirring device in the digester mixes the waste material and microorganism well. The
feeding of material is continuous or half continuous under stable temperature. The newly
fed material is stirred and mixed with the bacteria in the fermented liquid, resulting in the
comparatively low density of the fermentation substrates.
This treatment is used for bio gas power generation from the waste water of slaughter
house, animal and poultry, city sewage etc. where the organic waste content is high. |
 |
Up flow Anaerobic Sludge Blanket (UASB)
This process has three areas in the tank, the sludge bed, sludge blanket and gas liquid
gas three phase separator. The waste water flows from the pipes at the bottom upwards,
get mixed with the sludge where the microorganisms degrade the organic substance and
transform to bio gas. These process requires no mixing device, has strong processing
volume, high efficiency, low cost, stable operation and easy structure. They are the most
widely used anaerobic biological reactors in the world.
This treatment is used for bio gas power generation from starch, liquor, sugar,
monosodium glutamate, vitamin, butcher waste, paper & leather waste etc. |
 |
Up flow Solids Reactors (USR)
USR is based on the principle of UASB. The waste is evenly distributed in the bottom of
reactor by a water distributive system and allows rising through a solid bed with high
concentration of anaerobic microorganisms.
This treatment is used for treating sewage with high content of organic solids (>5%). |
 |
Sequencing Batch Reactors (SBR)
This process is based on a time based biological reaction and static ideal settlement. Its
main feature is the sequence and intermittence in operation. They have aerobic and
anaerobic phases which results in excellent effects in de nitrogen and de phosphorisation.
This treatment is more stable and quality outputs and used for treating industrial and
domestic waste water, especially for intermittent emission and variable water flows. |
